What we collect
When you use our contact form we receive your name, email, phone (optional), message, and a record that you agreed we may reply. We use that only to respond to your enquiry (legal basis: legitimate interests, or steps prior to a contract). We keep enquiries for up to 24 months.
The form is delivered by a Cloudflare Worker. Cloudflare Email Sending sends the enquiry to the business. Cloudflare Turnstile checks the form for spam. Those processors see the technical data needed to deliver the message.
Job applications
If you send us your CV, we use it only to consider you for work with us. We keep CVs for [12 months, to confirm] and then delete them, unless you ask us to delete yours sooner.
Analytics and cookies
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies or collect personal data for tracking. The map on our contact page is provided by Google Maps, which may set cookies when loaded.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, or deletion of your data by emailing jodconstructionltd@gmail.com. You can complain to the Data Protection Commission (dataprotection.ie).
